Small Miche



Made with local whole rye & whole wheat flours, our Miche is a mild but complex sourdough bread. The moist, chewy crumb is surrounded by a deep brown, aromatic crust that is achieved by slow caramelization in the oven. 1.25 lb loaf.

Ingredients: NY State Whole Wheat Flour, unbleached wheat flour, organic whole rye flour, whole wheat sourdough starter, water, salt and yeast.
