Where does Cinch deliver to?

UPDATE! We now deliver anywhere in Brooklyn :)

 

Do you live in another part of NY, or are you out of state and missing your favorite stores? Orders over $95 qualify for 3-5 day shipping anywhere in the continental United States.

 

How long does delivery take?

We want our Brooklyn neighbors to have an incredible shopping experience, so now all orders placed before 10 am qualify for same-day delivery. All other orders will arrive next day.

 

Please note we don’t deliver on Saturdays (but this will soon change!) So, orders made on Friday (after 10 am) and on Saturday are delivered on Sunday.

If I shop from different stores, will I receive a single package or multiple packages?

All your items will be carefully packaged and delivered in a single box or a bag, no matter how many stores your selections come from.

Will I be notified ahead of time when the delivery will be made?

Once the order is placed, all you need to do is relax. We’ll notify you via text message (as well as email) to track the status and delivery of the order. You’ll be notified when:

  • the package is ready for delivery
  • our delivery associate is on their way to deliver for you
  • delivery has been made
  • an item is not in the store's inventory (we will offer you an alternate item, or refund the item)

 

All deliveries are made between 2 pm - 8 pm daily. Currently, we don’t deliver on Saturday (but that will change soon!)

So... if you made an order around 1pm, we will be in touch the next day before our delivery window 2pm-8pm

What happens when I make an order?

We celebrate! :-)

Then, we quickly route your order to the neighborhood stores you’ve made your selections from. Once they’ve gotten word and had a moment to gather your items, we stop by each store, pick everything up, and then assemble all your items in one package. Finally, we head to your door, where we deliver your package and send you a text message to make sure you know it’s there.

What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?

Great question! The whole point of this is that the community tells us what they need. So... please let us know of anything you want the site to carry that it doesn't currently have by clicking here. Or use our chat window at the site to let us know what you need. We’ll try to find it for you in the neighborhood, no matter what it is!

Do I have to be home to accept the package or can it be left at my front door?

You don’t have to be home! In an effort to promote safe distancing, for the time being, all deliveries will be left at your door.

Don't worry, if for some reason we cannot find a safe place to leave your package, we will take it with us and bring it over the next day.

If you have any specific instructions for delivery (lobby access, door codes, etc) just let us know by leaving a little note during the checkout process. We will send you a text message when we drop off the package, to make sure you know it’s there.

Do you ensure contactless delivery?

Customer and delivery partner safety is our top priority. So, all deliveries, as well as pickup, are contactless.

How can I return an item?

While returns are subject to each individual store's return policy, we are happy to help facilitate this process. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers.
